Key Responsibilities
1. Internal / Corporate Communication
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging across the organization.
- Create and manage internal communication materials such as announcements, HR policies, internal campaigns, town halls, and newsletters.
- Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees for People & Culture initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in tone, values, and company culture across all internal communications.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify employee development and training needs aligned with business objectives and performance evaluations.
- Design, implement, and manage learning programs including onboarding, technical training, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders or external training providers when required.
3. Employee Wellness & Engagement
- Initiate and manage employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives focusing on mental health, wellbeing, and work-life balance.
- Conduct and analyze employee engagement or satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement actions.
- Act as a trusted partner for management in handling employee relations and wellbeing matters.
4. Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s culture and values.
- Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to strengthen the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.
- Manage employer branding content across career pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Support recruitment activities through branding initiatives and employer branding events.
5. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR insights, recommendations, and solutions.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across the organization.
- Provide people-related insights using basic people analytics and data-driven approaches.
- Ensure HR practices are implemented consistently and effectively.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Hands-on experience in internal communication, learning & development, employee engagement, or employer branding (at least two areas).
