- Understand the end to end training & people development
- Design training & people development program, employee activity program and developing with company needs
- Collaborate for identify training needs analysis
- Set and monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for talent development
- Created learning/training program and ensure continuous improvement
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of development initiative and provide recomendation for improvement
- Facilitate workshop, training session and team building for organization needs
- Support Succesion Planning and career development initiative for employees
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Related field’s
- >2 years experience in human resources, organization development, training development or a similar role
- Excellent persentation and communication skill
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to adapt to change and dynamic work environment
