Jobdesc :
1. Managed end-to-end Human Resource Development programs.
2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct annual surveys and analyze performance gaps to map out training needs across all departments.
3. Program Design & Execution: Create and deliver end-to-end training programs, including soft skills, leadership tracks
4. Competency Frameworks: Define, update, and implement structural Job Competencies (Kamus Kompetensi) and Job Descriptions.
5. Talent Mapping: Assess employee potential using frameworks like the 9-box grid to identify high-potential talent (HiPo).
6. Internal Knowledge Sharing: Build continuous learning cultures through internal Mentorship, Coaching, and Buddy Systems
7. Succession Planning: Design career paths and succession pipelines to prevent critical workforce gaps.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or a related Human Resources function.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Able to join the company immediately or within a short notice period.
7. Holds a valid BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency) certification is preferred.
8. Candidates residing in or near West Jakarta are preferred. Work location: Kalideres, West Jakarta.
