Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of working experience, especially in HR Strategic. level Managerial
- Has excellent knowledge of Manpower Regulation Law and is strong in dealing with industrial relation disputes.
- Strong leadership, a positive mindset, and good interpersonal skills.
- Good writing and communication skills in English Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and think strategically.
- Having HRM Certificate from BNSP

- Responsible for all human resource activities.
- Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards
