Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual in employee development to join our HR team. This role will play a key part in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning & development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement training & development programs (both soft skills and technical skills)
* Identify training needs based on business objectives and organizational requirements
* Manage annual training plans and training budgets
* Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors
* Develop and enhance onboarding programs and employee development journeys
* Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
* Support performance management and talent development initiatives
* Prepare regular reports on learning & development activities

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development / People Development
* Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Good understanding of competency development and performance management
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism industry
* Familiarity with learning tools (LMS, training modules, etc.)
* Relevant certifications in training or HR
