Job Description :
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, job posting, candidate screening, interview, psychological assessments, onboarding, and employee training.
- Responsible for monthly payroll administration, including attendance recapitulation, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, employee benefits, PPH 21 and salary data accuracy.
- Understand of creat job descriptions, KPI systems, and employee performance evaluations in coordination with management and related user departments.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building events to improve teamwork and company culture.
- Develop, create, and maintain organizational structure, company SOPs, workflows, and flowcharts to improve operational effectiveness and standardization.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources (employee database administration & attendance management) & General Affairs (Estate)
Job Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Have the ability to analyze and understand business processes to support HR and operational improvements.
- Have basic knowledge of recruitment processes and employee selection.
- Familiar with HRIS, HR policies, and Indonesian labor law regulations.
- Have experience in handling General Affairs responsibilities.
- Understand BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administrative processes.
- Understand the development of KPI systems across all divisions, including SOPs, organizational structures, job descriptions, skill matrix, and training programs.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, professional attitude, consistency, and initiative.
