Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in People & Organizational Development
- Strong understanding of performance management, and corporate culture concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiend in supporting tools such as Google Workspace, Ms. Office.
- Experience in organizing and executing internal programs or events.
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to maintain employee data confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities :
- Design and implement employee training & development programs.
- Manage annual training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support organizational development through competency mappung and succession planning.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR development programs.
- Identify organizational development needs and design programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Develop and implement organizational structure, job grading, career path frameworks.
- Develop and manage individual and organizational performance measurement programs.
- Conduct HR data analysis for succession planning and team development.
