Responsibilities
- Review and update job descriptions across all departments to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
- Support talent review, talent identification, and talent pool mapping activities based on performance and potential assessment.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Individual Development Plans (IDP) and career path programs.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System.
- Facilitate the performance appraisal process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and effectiveness.
- Collect, validate, and analyze individual KPI achievement data from various business units.
- repare reports, dashboards, and insights related to organizational and people development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Organizational Development (OD) programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, including career path, succession planning, IDP, and performance management programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, People Development, Human Capital, or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management System, Talent Management, KPI Management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Career Path & Succession Planning
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookup, Dashboard Reporting) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang
