What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle HR administration, employee data, attendance, leave, and employment contracts.
- Support employee onboarding, performance management, and training & development.
- Monitor employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build positive employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day people operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Generalist roles.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Familiar with HR administration and Indonesian labor regulations.
