Your main mission in growing with us:
- To strengthen Peponi’s culture by translating our core values into everyday practices across HQ employees and project-based Trip Leaders.
- To develop initiatives that improve employee engagement, well-being, workplace experience, and team connection.
- To coordinate performance reviews, employee recognition, and people development initiatives.
- To work closely with People Owners (PODs) to improve team effectiveness, accountability, and alignment with Peponi’s values.
- To develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and people-related systems to support a healthy and high-performing organization.
- To gather employee feedback, identify workplace challenges, and propose practical improvements.
- To support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and other people operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, HR Generalist, People Operations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in organizational culture, employee engagement, and people development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Comfortable working with performance data, employee feedback, HR documentation, and administrative processes.
- Proactive, accountable, and capable of turning ideas into practical improvements.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential employee matters.
- Able to facilitate constructive conversations, address challenges objectively, and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in organizational development, talent development, or the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
What you’ll get at Peponi:
- Monthly salary of IDR 6,000,000–7,500,000, based on experience and capabilities.
