About SuperFood

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR&GA (General Affairs) Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the human resources functions and general administrative duties, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management
- Efficient Talent Management: Manage the full range of HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, employee development, and retention, ensuring SuperFood attracts and retains top talent.
- Structured Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a positive work culture, protect SuperFood from legal risks, and maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Improved Employee Experience: Foster a positive workplace culture, boosting employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Performance Management: Establish and oversee KPI tracking, appraisals, and rewards systems to enhance employee performance and alignment with SuperFood’s goals.
- Employee Support: Address grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
General Affairs
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure seamless daily operations by managing office administration, facilities, and supplies to enable focus on strategic priorities.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and other engagement activities.
- Facility Management: Oversee company assets, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a safe, compliant workspace.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 3+ years of HR & GA experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, Indonesian labor laws, and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
