People and Company Partner

BNET Academy is hiring a People and Company Partner to lead recruitment, support talent placement, and help ensure our learning programs run smoothly end to end.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit expert tutors and internal team members
• Manage screening, interviews, hiring coordination, and onboarding
• Build talent pools and prepare candidates for partner company interviews
• Coordinate with partner companies on placement and collaboration needs
• Support learning operations, program administration, and module coordination

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related roles
• Strong interviewing, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders at once
• Experience in education, training, bootcamp, staffing, or placement is a plus
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
