- Collect, calculate and update day to day absence employee
- Track and maintain contract, performance and training
- Distribute Information to employee
- Input and update data on hr app
- Collect, calculate, and update employee compensation & benefit, BPJS and PPH21/23
- Work closely with HR and Finance Team
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
- Work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Comben or similar role in startup company at least 1 year
- Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll, BPJS and HR Administration
- Application literacy (Google workspace, in particular)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced as an EO is a plus
- Strict and Flexible
