- Minimum 1 year experience
- Bachelor's degree from all majors (preferably from Psychology, Communication, Management or Marketing)
- Experience from start-up/ tech company/ consultant is preferred
- Have strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills
- Have sense in design & copywriting
- Excellent communication in English
- Conduct the whole selection & new joiner’s on-boarding process (sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offerings, contract, on-board, etc) with various hiring initiatives using several psychological test tools
- Responsible for talent growth and retention
- Create all the company's employer branding strategies to the external audience from scratc & Coordinate with social media team in maintaining online employer branding initiatives
- Strategic partnership and initiatives with local communities, hiring partners, and universities
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer brand initiatives
- As the backup for other HR role functions/roles when needed
- Partial remote (3X WFH in a week)
