- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and salary negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate requirements.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Publish job vacancies through internal and external recruitment channels.
- Review applications and assess candidates to identify suitable talent.
- Monitor recruitment progress and maintain reports on open positions, hiring funnels, headcount requisitions, and other recruitment metrics.
