Job Responsibilities:
- Write short drama scripts that appeal to Indonesian audiences, ensuring engaging and interactive content.
- Develop compelling storylines that follow digital content trends and create high-viral potential scripts.
- Collaborate with directors, production teams, and editors to ensure the script is well-executed.
- Conduct research on market trends, integrating local Indonesian culture and audience preferences into storytelling.
- Adapt storytelling techniques to fit short video formats and social media platforms.
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from the creative team to enhance narrative quality.
Requirements:
- 22-35 years old, must can speak English.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, any major is acceptable, but fields such as media, drama, screenwriting, or literature are preferred.
- Minimal 3 years working experience in writing scripts for short dramas, web series, or digital content (experience with social media platforms is a plus).
- Highly creative and innovative, able to craft stories that resonate with Indonesian audiences.
- Strong understanding of story structure, script formatting, and character development, with the ability to construct complete narratives quickly.
- Ability to write in various genres, particularly drama, comedy, and romance.
- Up-to-date with short video content trends, familiar with Indonesian audience preferences and viral topics.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and accept revisions.
