Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pension operations, including member enrollment, record updates, benefit payments, and fund switching.
- Review and validate pension transactions, enrollment, and payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll, contribution, investment, and fund receipt data with system records and ensure accurate fund allocation.
- Calculate pension benefits and process financial transactions in compliance with applicable pension regulations and tax laws.
- Monitor case management, daily reports, audits, and UAT testing while identifying issues and implementing process improvements.
- Support pension scheme implementations and regulatory updates while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining data confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Pension Verification/Administration within an insurance company.
- Familiar with pension fund operations, including member enrollment, benefit calculation, fund switching, contribution, and redemption transactions.
- Experienced in transaction and data verification, including payroll, contribution, investment, enrollment, and fund receipt data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation, with strong attention to detail in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Familiar with RPAS/workflow systems, system-based transaction processing, and UAT testing.
