**Job Desc**
1. Research & Insights
* Conduct research on artists, artist IPs, and relevant creative/cultural trends.
* Support research and development of ideas related to events and activations.
2. Content Production Support
* Assist with content production and coordination.
* Support the preparation and execution of content-related needs for projects and events.
3. Event & Media Support
* Attend events and support media-related activities, particularly during weekends.
* Assist with event documentation, coordination, and other on-site needs.
4. Community Engagement
* Support community discussions and engagement activities.
* Assist with community outreach and relationship building.
