We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. The role of Pengawas Proyek involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication with all project participants.

Candidates must be male, hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in project supervision or a similar role. Proficiency in project oversight, as well as strong communication skills, are essential.
