As a Pengajar Bahasa, your primary role involves delivering engaging and structured language lessons tailored to diverse student needs. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards, managing classroom dynamics to ensure a productive learning atmosphere, and providing personalized counseling to support student progress. Key responsibilities include facilitating interactive sessions, assessing student performance, utilizing Microsoft Office tools for administrative tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to refine teaching strategies and improve overall educational outcomes within the institution.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold at least an S1 degree and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in teaching or related fields.
