- Develop dynamic, interactive lesson plans tailored to varying language proficiency levels (beginner to intermediate), ensuring students gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Conduct German language classes designed to prepare students for their training and work experience in Germany, with an emphasis on relevant vocabulary, formal communication, and workplace scenarios.
- Regularly assess students' language progress through quizzes, speaking exercises, and written assignments. Offer constructive feedback to help students reach their B1 language proficiency goals.
- Foster a positive, student-centered learning environment by incorporating interactive activities such as group discussions, dialogues, role-playing, and language games.
- Teach students not only language skills but also essential cultural insights, including daily life in Germany, workplace etiquette, and professional communication styles.
- Offer support and guidance to students as they prepare to adapt to life and work in Germany, motivating them to achieve their language and professional goals.
- Help students prepare for job interviews with German companies by conducting mock interviews, focusing on cultural nuances, professionalism, and common interview questions in German.
- Assist students in writing and refining their motivational letters for the visa application process, ensuring clarity, proper language use, and cultural appropriateness. Offer constructive feedback to enhance their personal statements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in German Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in German language proficiency at least level B1, preferably Goethe-Zertifikat or equivalent.
- Proven teaching experience, ideally in preparing students for A1-B1-level proficiency or higher
