About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Bug Hunter / Penetration Tester to join our client's team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience identifying, analyzing, and exploiting security vulnerabilities to help improve application and system security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on web applications and APIs.
- Identify and validate security vulnerabilities through manual testing and automated tools.
- Perform security testing based on OWASP Top 10 and industry best practices.
- Identify vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, XSS, IDOR, SSRF, and authentication bypass.
- Use penetration testing tools to discover and validate security weaknesses.
- Prepare vulnerability assessment reports with findings, risk levels, and remediation recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate and retest identified vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Bug Hunting, Penetration Testing, or Offensive Security.
- Strong knowledge of web application security and API security.
- Hands-on experience with manual vulnerability testing.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and common security vulnerabilities.
- Experience using tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Nuclei, or Metasploit.
- Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and basic networking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate technical findings clearly.
- Must be available to join immediately.
