- Compile and record employee time and payroll data.
- Keep and manage secured and accurate employee database.
- Conduct and maintain employee benefit program run based on procedure
- Coordinate with all user and various related party regarding employee compensation and benefit program & report
- Perform any other assignment given by superior
- Maintain employee legal document related to Compensation and Benefit
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economic (Accounting)
- Have experience minimal 3 years in Payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) including vlookup and pivot tables
- Knowledge and ability to calculate PPH21
- HR & Labor Law knowledge
