- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or a similar field.
- Degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a payroll department (At least 1 Year(s) of working experience).
- Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good math and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Prefereble experience handling BPJS TK & KS
- Work Location at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
- Handling BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan end to end (Handling all technical registration, data change, nonactive and more via email, Edabu and SIPP)
- Handling administration medical claim, expense reimbursement
- Collect employee databases and carry out personnel requirements such as leave, overtime, permits, etc
- Preparing and managing HR letters and other HR-related documents such as employment letters, permanent employee letters, demotion and mutation letters
- Processing documents new employees, promotions, and termination
- Answering employees questions and concerns regarding payroll
