Deskripsi pekerjaan Payroll & HR Operations Associate, PH Support Glints Taploker
We are hiring a Payroll & HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day Philippines payroll and HR operations from Indonesia, preferably Batam. This is a backend operations role. You will work closely with senior team members to support payroll preparation, HR documentation, HRMS updates, statutory tracking, and process follow-through. Prior Philippines payroll experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support payroll data checking, reconciliation, and preparation
- Maintain payroll, HR, statutory, and employee trackers
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, final pay, COE, and document tracking
- Update HRMS and internal records accurately
- Help track government statutory for PH employees such as: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR-related items
- Follow up on missing documents, approvals, and pending items
Who We Are Looking For
- minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, HR operations, finance operations, admin, shared services, or BPO
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS systems, and trackers
- Able to handle repetitive and process-driven backend work
- Good written English
- Willing to learn the Philippines payroll and HR operations
