Deskripsi pekerjaan Payment Verificator PT Social Bella Indonesia

Kualifikasi

Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang Customer Service, Payment Operations, atau Finance Operations.
Teliti, responsif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift malam.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan sistem pembayaran, dashboard, atau POS (Point of Sale) menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, serta menguasai Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Melakukan verifikasi transaksi pembayaran online maupun offline.
Memproses verifikasi pembayaran dan pengembalian dana (refund).
Memantau serta menyelesaikan kendala atau permasalahan terkait transaksi pembayaran.
Memastikan seluruh proses pembayaran dilakukan dengan akurat dan sesuai dengan Service Level Agreement (SLA)
