What You Will Do
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payment monitoring process for all client transactions to ensure accuracy and security.
- Responsible for responding to chats or reports from users or clients regarding transactions or other product issues in Brick.
- Escalate and follow up on issues with partners and internal teams to ensure quick resolution.
- Handle day-to-day payment processing operations, including assisting clients with top-up processes and addressing transaction-related concerns.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports to monitor transaction performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform hourly and daily reconciliation to ensure there are no unusual transactions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of payment transactions, identify anomalies or irregularities, and report findings immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues.
What You Will Need
- Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, QuickSight) is a plus.
- Willingness to work shift schedules (8 hours per shift between 8 AM – 11 PM WIB).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
