JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop patterns and samples from design concepts.
- Conduct fittings and make pattern adjustments.
- Ensure patterns and samples meet the desired fit, construction, and design.
- Work closely with the Fashion Designer throughout the product development process.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Pattern Maker in fashion/apparel.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, measurements, and fabric characteristics.
- Able to develop patterns from sketches or design references.
- Able to sew and develop samples independently, including fitting and pattern adjustments.
- Detail-oriented, precise, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Work from office, 5 days/week.
- Willing to attend an in-person skill test for pattern making and sample sewing.
