JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Collaborate with designers and interpret sketches, worksheets, and design specifications
- Develop and measure patterns for required materials
- Work closely with sample operators for development and sewing steps
- Review samples with designers and make necessary adjustments
- Check pattern accuracy (fit, dimensions, style) before finalizing ( vocal, garment check proto, PPS)
- Prepare final proto patterns, grading, consumption, Tech pack, size spec and markers for PPS, production
- Guide and support junior pattern maker
- Communicate with Merchandise in-house, QC at vendors to ensure quality standards
- Occasionally source or purchase materials/tools for sample room or machines
REQUIREMENT :
- Min 5 years’ experience as a pattern maker from sample proto to production (babywear preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fabric types and properties (knits & woven)
- Ability to translate design concepts into accurate patterns
- Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Optitex
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Able to work under deadlines
