Pattern Designer Associate

Job Descriptions :

1. Create original textile prints, motifs, and graphic assets based on creative briefs and brand direction.
2. Research current fashion pattern, textile, and graphic design trends to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
3. Prepare production ready artwork, including color separations and print files for textile manufacturing.
4. Design graphic materials for garment trims and accessories.
5. Ensure all designs maintain strong visual balance, color harmony, and attention to detail.
6. Coordinate with external textile vendors to ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Job Qualifications :

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in textile design, pattern design, and graphic design preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with an outstanding portfolio)
2. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Textile Design, or related fields preferred
3. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software
4. Strong understanding of seamless repeat systems, textile colorways, and print production techniques
5. Skilled in graphic layout, typography, composition, and color application
6. Creative thinker with strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail
7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility
9. Passionate about fashion, textiles, visual arts, and creative industry trends
