Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the delivery of the entire patient's cashless journey at the hospital.
- Responsible for assisting and escorting Halodoc patients at the hospital.
- Work closely with hospital departments including customer care, registration, cashier, pharmacy, and nursing staff to deliver excellent in-hospital services to Halodoc patients.
- Coordinate with the internal Halodoc team to ensure seamless operations and patient support.
- Responsible for generating accurate reports using the designated system.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Possesses at least a Diploma (D3) in a healthcare-related field
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Has experience working as front office staff in a hospital
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with hospital patient flow and procedures
- Willing to work on a shift schedule
- Willing to be placed at the selected location
- Female candidates are preferred
- Mandatory: Experienced in handling admission, cashiering, and insurance processes in a hospital setting
- Mandatory: Experienced in handling patients end-to-end (from registration to discharge process)
