Responsible for preparing, producing, and maintaining consistent quality pastry and dessert items for buffet service, ensuring attractive presentation, food safety compliance, and smooth replenishment to support daily restaurant operations.
- Prepare and produce pastry and dessert items according to company standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and support buffet production planning.
- Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and assist with inventory.
- Maintain a clean work area, attend training, and perform assigned duties.
