Key Responsibilities
Cake Decorating & Production
Decorate custom cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes, and desserts
Work with buttercream, fondant, wafer paper, toppers, and decorative elements
Assist with cake finishing, assembling, and presentation
Ensure consistency and high-quality standards across all products
Follow customer designs and custom order requirements accurately
Creativity & Product Development
Assist with developing new cake designs and creative concepts
Stay updated with cake decorating trends and techniques
Contribute ideas for seasonal products and promotions
Kitchen Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
Support stock preparation and ingredient organization
Assist the team during busy periods and large orders
Requirements
Previous experience in cake decorating, pastry, bakery, or related field preferred
Experience with buttercream and fondant decoration
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player
Willingness to learn and grow
