Palmeera Lounge merupakan premium airport lounge berstandar layanan hotel bintang 5 yang melayani tamu Umrah, Haji, VIP, dan corporate guests dan lainya. Kami mengundang profesional terbaik untuk bergabung sebagai Pastry Cook.
Job Requirements
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Pastry Cook / Pastry Chef.
- Prior experience in 4–5 star hotels, premium lounges, bakery shops, pastry outlets, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- trong expertise in bakery and pastry production, including breads, cakes, desserts, cookies, viennoiserie, and other pastry products.
- Able to maintain product consistency, presentation, and quality according to premium hospitality standards.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry arts.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under production targets.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Willing to work in a shift system.
- Placement: Palmeera Lounge – Terminal 2F, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality, airport lounges, or five-star hotel environments.
- Ability to develop new pastry and bakery products.
- Possess knowledge of premium food presentation and buffet standards.
