The Pastry Chef at Omaila Cafe and Gelato will play a crucial role in ensuring that our gelato and pastries meet the highest standards of quality and taste. Key responsibilities include developing new recipes, overseeing the preparation of desserts, ensuring all products are made according to our high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. We are looking for a dedicated individual with an Associate Degree in culinary arts or a related field. Experience in the industry is highly valued, particularly if you have between five and ten years of experience in pastry and baking. Skills in cooking, teamwork, Western pastry techniques, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a strong background in baking are all essential.
