Position: Pastry Chef (All Round)
Start Date: Second week of August
Job Description:
* Prepare desserts, beverages, and other menu items according to café recipes and quality standards.
* Plate and decorate cakes and desserts with consistency and attention to detail.
* Develop and introduce new dessert menu ideas that follow current food and dessert trends.
* Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper stock levels.
* Assist with waiter duties, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area.
* Support daily café operations and work closely with the team.
Requirements:
* Experience in pastry, baking, or dessert preparation is preferred.
* Creative and passionate about developing new dessert concepts.
* Willing to assist with waiter duties when needed.
* Able to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon/evening).
* Have basic English communication skills.
* Friendly and have a positive attitude.
* Able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Honest, transparent, responsible, and willing to learn.
