We’re looking for someone with a true eye for detail and a passion for pastry — someone who not only loves creating high-quality baked goods but is also ready to take responsibility and lead a small team of 3–5 people.
This role is perfect for someone who combines craftsmanship and wants to grow into a key position in our kitchen.
Your Role:
- Prepare and oversee high-quality pastry production (cinnamon rolls)
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in taste, texture, and presentation
- Lead and motivate a small kitchen team (3–4 people)
- Ensure smooth daily operations and clear communication within the team
- Take ownership of hygiene standards, organization, and workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in pastry or baking
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Confidence to manage and guide a small team
- Structured, reliable, and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to take responsibility and grow with us
