Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Pastry Arts, Culinary, or relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a pastry role, with at least 1 year as a Demi Chef or CDP in a hotel or high-end pastry kitchen.
- Proficient in baking techniques and pastry preparation, including tempering chocolate, working with doughs, mousses, and glazes.
- Creative with dessert plating and decoration.
- Knowledge of international pastry trends and techniques is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is required (spoken and written).
