About the Company
Faye Coffee & Eatery in Pamulang and Faye Privé Coffee & Kitchen in Cipete are growing café and lifestyle brands. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Servers.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Server, you will help create a pleasant dining experience for our guests while supporting the daily operations of our outlets. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and can work well in a team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
- Assist customers with menu information and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
- Handle customer requests and feedback politely.
- Support daily outlet operations as needed.
Requirements
- Male or Female, preferably maximum 26 years old.
- Minimum high school or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar F&B service role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, responsible, customer-oriented and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work according to the part-time schedule arranged by the company.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be assigned to both outlets: Faye Coffee & Eatery (Pamulang) and Faye Privé Coffee & Kitchen (Cipete).
