RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop parts demand forecasts by analyzing historical consumption, vehicle population, sales trends, service demand, seasonality, and supply lead times to ensure accurate parts planning and optimal product availability.
- Control parts inventory by monitoring stock levels, stock coverage, aging, fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical parts to balance parts availability, inventory investment, and the risk of obsolete stock.
- Develop and optimize parts replenishment plans by analyzing demand forecasts, minimum and maximum stock levels, safety stock, lead times, and dealer requirements to ensure parts are ordered in the right quantity and at the right time.
- Develop parts sales and marketing strategies through product segmentation, customer demand analysis, pricing, promotions, bundling, and channel development to increase parts sales and strengthen genuine parts penetration across the dealer network and aftermarket.
- Drive parts sales growth by identifying fast-moving, slow-moving, and high-potential parts and developing targeted campaigns and sales initiatives to improve parts turnover and maximize aftersales revenue contribution.
- Strengthen the capability of the Dealer Network to sell genuine parts by providing sales tools, product knowledge, selling techniques, and performance monitoring to improve dealer effectiveness in converting customer needs into parts sales.
- Manage parts distribution and availability across the Dealer Network by monitoring dealer orders, order fulfillment, stock allocation, and stock distribution to achieve an optimal parts service level.
- Analyze parts business performance by monitoring sales, gross margin, inventory turnover, fill rate, stock aging, and forecast accuracy to identify improvement opportunities and support effective business decision-making.
- Manage slow-moving and obsolete parts by identifying aging inventory and developing clearance, bundling, promotional, or alternative sales channel initiatives to minimize inventory losses and improve cash conversion.
- Establish effective coordination with the Principal, Dealer Network, Warehouse, Service, Sales, and Finance by aligning demand, inventory, and sales information to ensure integrated planning and achievement of parts business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in Spare Parts, Aftersales, Inventory Management, Parts Planning, Parts Sales, or the Automotive Aftermarket.
- Proven experience in parts demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Proven experience in parts sales, parts marketing.
- Strong understanding of ATPM, dealership, and automotive aftersales business operations
- Parts Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning & Control, Stock Coverage Analysis, and Safety Stock & Reorder Point
