Deskripsi pekerjaan Partnership Livewell
Responsibility:
- Lead the acquisition of new partners through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication, meetings, and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with external partners to develop and execute mutually beneficial campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving growth.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams across divisions to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue collaboration and expansion opportunities with existing partners.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and tactics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate partnership updates and performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fielOpen for fresh graduates.
- Proven track record in partnership management or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Proactive attitude with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
