Partnership Specialist

Coinfest Asia is Southeast Asia’s leading Web3 ecosystem, a year-round platform that brings together builders, investors, and communities. We’re now expanding globally, and we need someone to build the community that gets us there.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and map potential partners, companies, and individuals aligned with Coinfest Asia’s business and brand objectives.
• Identify partnership opportunities to generate revenue and strengthen Coinfest Asia’s brand presence.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership process, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, execution, and evaluation.
• Develop partnership proposals and commercial collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners.
• Track partnership pipelines, follow-ups, and deal progress using organized spreadsheets and documentation.
• Evaluate partnership performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to independently identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Excellent research, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing spreadsheets, checklists, and multiple projects.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing tasks from start to finish without constant supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellence practice in AI and Automation.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 is a plus.
