Job description for Partnership - PR Manager [CV in English] at Hello Health Group
- Understand the business direction, commercial strategy, audience strategy, and our products & services in order to develop a cohesive and supplementary Partnership & PR strategy that will enhance our offering and presence in the market.
- Work across departments and as part of the marketing team to support different functions, build relationships and collaborate with various industry stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare industry, health tech companies, hospitals, clinics, health experts & other organisations to help achieve our goals.
- Working with the Editorial team, support the development of stories that present the achievements of the business & activities in a positive way that will lead to increased brand awareness & positive perception.
- Build and maintain relationships with other media platforms & companies in the market that will support the distribution of our content and materials supporting the growth of our business.
- Strategise and manage the monthly budget for partnerships & PR and ensure we generate a high ROI on our activities, always seeking to drive measurable and sustainable impact & growth.
- Work directly with the commercial team to support the development of KPIs for client campaigns and performance projections, impacting the revenue & profitability of the business directly as needed.
- Develop & enhance the perception of the brand in the market and amongst key industry stakeholders through monitoring and managing news, articles and information relating to the company.
- Create & execute a corporate communications content strategy & plan for the market to support partner, client & future staff acquisition.

- You ensure that all team members have updated Job Descriptions, MBOs and are fully aware of the expectations of their role and responsibilities.
- You hold regular performance 1 on 1 reviews with direct reports to ensure high levels of staff engagement and delivery on KPIs.
- You actively identify and address the development needs of your team, utilize the learning opportunities available to them on a regional and country level, ensuring your team maximize their own learning by making use of HHG’s offerings such as the HHG Academy.
- You partner with the HR team to ensure that company policies are implemented and that all employment contracts and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
- You attract, recruit, retain and develop staff to position Hello Health as an employer of choice across departments.
- You’ll ensure the projects have sufficient resources to execute within time and budget. If there’s no internal resources, you’ll establish relationships with freelancers and agencies towards project execution.

- Recruitment on time and on budget

- 3-5+ years of experience managing partnerships & PR marketing for multiple platforms or brands both platform and agency experience is valued
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study or within healthcare with a proven track record of self-learning, development and maintaining necessary skills as the industry evolves
- Proven track record of being able to build, retain and grow relationships across industries with specific experience & network in the healthcare sector preferred
- Experience managing monthly budgets across channels and teams with a proven track record of efficiency improvements
- Creative mindset with examples of creative ideas that were brought to life across media channels from conceptualization to execution & performance management
- Passion for healthcare & an ambition to drive impact through creating meaningful stories and content that inspires & engages audiences
- Innovative mind that is highly detail oriented and data driven with experience utilising a variety of data tools
