Bali Decor Rentals is seeking an exceptional Partnership Manager with strong decoration and styling expertise to grow strategic relationships and drive high-value projects across Bali’s hospitality and events landscape.

About the Role
As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing collaborations with:
* Luxury hotels & resorts
* Event planners & wedding planners
* Private clients seeking highly stylized celebrations
* Creative partners and venues
You will act as both relationship architect and creative advisor, translating design concepts into revenue-generating partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, develop, and secure partnerships with leading hospitality brands and event professionals
* Pitch Bali Decor Rentals’ styling concepts and rental collections with confidence and creativity
* Convert relationships into confirmed projects and long-term collaborations
* Collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and execution excellence
* Develop customized decor proposals for weddings, private events, and brand activations
* Manage partner relationships end-to-end: introduction, negotiation, activation, and retention
* Represent the brand at industry events, site visits, tastings, and networking opportunities
Commission & Incentives

* What We’re Looking For *
* Strong decor, styling, or event design background (hands-on understanding is essential)
* Proven ability to build partnerships and close opportunities
* Confident communicator with hospitality-level professionalism
* Commercially driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated
* Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of luxury client expectations
* Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is required)
