Your responsibilities will be..

  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, social media, marketing campaign, events, and online research.
  • Uphold relationships with existing partners and perform monthly evaluations.
  • Acquire partnered companies for internship programs and hiring opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients. Ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with the business objectives.
  • Assist the preparation of persuasive solutions and/or conduct presentations to introduce Talenesia vision mission, and highlight the value-added services or programs.
  • Prepare reports & analysis of partnership pipeline progress. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR and education sectors.
