Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Executive to identify, build, and manage partnerships that support business growth, market expansion, and product adoption.
You will work closely with business, marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to develop partnership opportunities, manage external relationships, negotiate collaboration models, and ensure partnership initiatives deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with business objectives and company growth plans.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with external partners, institutions, communities, vendors, or platform providers.
- Develop partnership proposals, collaboration models, and business cases that clearly define mutual value.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commercial arrangements, and agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end partnership execution, from prospecting and onboarding to launch and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan co-marketing campaigns, joint promotions, and partner-led growth initiatives.
- Work with product and technology teams to support product integrations, platform collaborations, or solution-based partnerships when needed.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth partnership implementation and compliance.
- Monitor partnership performance using relevant metrics such as revenue contribution, customer acquisition, activation, engagement, or campaign results.
- Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations on partnership progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new partnership directions.
Qualifications
Must-have
- 0–2 years of experience in partnership, business development, account management, strategic alliances, or related roles. Fresh Graduates are still encouraged to apply.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop partnership proposals, business cases, and collaboration plans.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships or initiatives at the same time.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track partnership performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, marketing, product, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, startup, digital platform, fintech, or innovation-driven industries.
- Experience managing API partnerships, platform integrations, ecosystem partnerships, channel partnerships, or co-marketing partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, partnership tracking tools, or performance analytics platforms.
- Existing networks within relevant business, technology, startup, or enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital products, go-to-market strategy, and customer acquisition funnels.
