Deskripsi pekerjaan Partnership (Event & KOL) Intern (Jabodetabek Only) RariaMedia Group
The Work You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, brands, event organizers, communities, and other potential partners.
- Identify and approach potential partners for KOL campaigns, events, and other collaboration opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing partnership initiatives, including KOL collaborations and event activities.
- Coordinate with KOLs, brands, event organizers, communities, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Assist in negotiating collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and other partnership requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on partnership proposals, briefs, schedules, and other collaboration-related documents.
- Ensure KOL and partnership deliverables are aligned with the agreed brief, timeline, and campaign strategy.
- Assist with event coordination, including communication with partners, vendors, talent, and other parties involved.
- Monitor the progress and performance of KOL and partnership activities, and assist in preparing reports or evaluations.
- Assist KOLs and partners with content production and simple content editing when needed, using CapCut, Canva, or other relevant applications.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing, events, social media trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
Qualification:
- Active students majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields who are not currently undergoing KKN or similar activities that spend more than 5 hours of work per day.
- Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
- Able to work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Willing to complete internship program from September 2026 - February 2027 with online system (Work from Anywhere).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Able to do simple video content editing using Capcut, Canva, or other mobile applications.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the influencer marketing, event, and digital industry.
- Having knowledge of skincare and makeup will be an advantage.
- Candidates are domiciled in Jabodetabek
