Deskripsi pekerjaan Partnership Associate Prieds ( PT Solusi Kebutuhan Teknologi)
We are looking for a Partnership Associate to support the development and management of our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with partners and cross-functional teams to coordinate partnership activities, support partner engagement programs, execute events and activations, and identify new partnership opportunities.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth partnership operations while contributing to partner growth and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day partnership activities, including partner onboarding, documentation, agreements, and communications.
- Coordinate partner engagement programs, training, enablement activities, and partner communications.
- Assist in partner prospecting, market research, and initial outreach to support new partner acquisition.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, seminars, webinars, workshops, and other partner events or activations.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain accurate partnership records, meeting notes, action items, and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, engagement, referrals, and program performance.
- Conduct market, competitor, and ecosystem research to identify partnership opportunities and support business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of partnership programs.
- Support management reporting by compiling data, insights, project updates, and business performance information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Public Relations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, marketing, events, community management, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.

- Creative in generating ideas to increase partner engagement and lead generation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience working in a software, SaaS, or technology company is a plus.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, partnerships, and ecosystem building.
