We have an established partner ecosystem in Indonesia and are expanding this ecosystem to the Southeast Asia region in such a rapid phase. As such, we are building up our partnership/channels team, adding on outgoing individuals who love building relations, turning them into something mutually beneficial for all parties and more importantly, into something that creates impact in the local and regional business community. What you will do?
Conduct research to identify and source new partnership potentials
Analyse and understand partners’ needs and identify points for synergy building
Maintain relationships with existing partners and provide close support to their sales & product-related needs
Track partners performances and ensure strong follow-up to pre-identified opportunities
Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or offline.
Ability manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points, doing so remotely/physically where necessary
Ability to understand and learn technical jargons, especially that related to real-time communication technologies
Highly independent but yet have strong sense of teamwork even in remote work arrangements
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
