Deskripsi pekerjaan Partnership Account Manager Qiscus Pte Ltd
- Build synergies and identify key opportunities with partners in Qiscus Partnership/Channel Ecosystem
- Build up partners knowledge and capabilities in understanding, selling and implementing Qiscus solutions
- Deepen relationship with existing partners by networking with the various stakeholders in their organisations
- Facilitate the sales processes by being the bridge between Qiscus BD team and partners
- Conduct product enablement sessions and be the reference point/bridge with our technical support team for any technical enquiries from partners.
- Able to work in a fast paced startup environment
- Proven work experience as a partnership account manager or other relevant role, with strong acumen to identify synergies and opportunities.
- Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge that helps to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies.
- Ability manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points, doing so remotely/physically where necessary
- Highly independent but yet have strong sense of teamwork even in remote work arrangements
- Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or offline.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
