As such, we are building up our partnership/channels team, adding on outgoing individuals who love building relations, turning them into something mutually beneficial for all parties and more importantly, into something that creates impact in the local and regional business community. What you will do?
Build synergies and identify key opportunities with partners in Qiscus Partnership/Channel Ecosystem
Build up partners knowledge and capabilities in understanding, selling and implementing Qiscus solutions
Deepen relationship with existing partners by networking with the various stakeholders in their organisations
Facilitate the sales processes by being the bridge between Qiscus BD team and partners
Conduct product enablement sessions and be the reference point/bridge with our technical support team for any technical enquiries from partners.
What you have to bring to the role?
Able to work in a fast paced startup environment
Proven work experience as a partnership account manager or other relevant role, with strong acumen to identify synergies and opportunities.
Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge that helps to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies.
Ability manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points, doing so remotely/physically where necessary
Highly independent but yet have strong sense of teamwork even in remote work arrangements
Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or offline.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
